I had some A/C equipment that I received as part of a retirement gift. I called several contractors in the area to see if they would install it for me. I get it; contractors want to be able to mark up the equipment.Croy's was the only one to return my call. Todd met me at the house as scheduled. We immediately hit it off. We built a home and they were the contractor for heating unit that we received from the builder. Over the three years we’ve lived here we’ve had about 4 instances where our furnace did not heat during the cold in months. And each time the owner came out an assisted professionally, as soon as he could, and got it working. May have gotten a defective unit, but we never received a charge for any repair thanks to the warranty. Thank you.Services: Install thermostat
