Having just moved into our new home following an approximate 18 month build process, we feel compelled to leave a note of thanks and admiration to the Lloyd Construction team for an amazing experience from first phone call to Certificate of Occupancy and beyond.With long roots in the Wood River Valley and a lifelong dream of moving here, we purchased land in the fall of 2020. Living in Connecticut and planning our move, the sale of our old home and coordinating varying phases of our Hailey build would each have been a daunting task in itself had it not been for the exceptional efforts, expertise and professionalism of Lloyd Construction. As first time home builders, we were a little behind the curve with regard to knowing all of the moving parts and coordination of efforts necessary. That being said, we knew that we needed a team we could trust and that had a rich history here in the Wood River Valley. Kevin, Ian, David, Dave, Justin, Toni and countless other members of the team walked us through each step and when questions came up (…and boy oh boy, did we have questions), the team was ALWAYS available to provide complete answers. We were provided with regular weekly updates with photos that highlighted what to expect, progress being made, and where there might be ‘hurdles/issues’ to address.We should probably add that we unwittingly chose perhaps the most challenging time to build, as the Covid pandemic created previously unforeseen challenges related to product availability, equipment scheduling, rising costs and subcontractor scheduling. Lloyd again, addressed each issue that arose with transparency and skill, and collaboratively helped address these challenges, which ultimately resulted in a forever home that exceeded all of our expectations.Shortly after we received our COO and moved in, we started meeting our neighbors and on more than one occasion were welcomed to the neighborhood and complimented on our selection of home builders. We were told that the Lloyd team always seemed to be on the job site working, the site was quiet and always clean. I drove 2.5 hours just so Dr Randy Acker could do the TPLO on my cattle dog. I enjoyed meeting with him pre- and post-surgery. He explained everything in perfect detail and answered everyone of my questions. Dr Acker, Denise (his surgery tech) and front office staff went above and beyond to make my dog and myself comfortable on a stressful day. The surgery was a complete success and my dog is recovering well. I can highly recommend Dr Randy Acker for your orthopedic pet needs!

Jill, Jen and their entire staff were a pleasure to work with. They were incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, gave sound advice and we know that they really cared. They also explained things in detail so we felt comfortable with some of the nuances of the decision-making along the way. It feels like the start of a long-term, wonderful relationship with continued planning as opposed to a "one and done" solution. We're feeling very grateful that their office was recommended to us.
Had an emergency HVAC issue and Thornton responded quickly. The service technician identified the problem quickly and came up with a solution until out of stock parts became available. These folks got us up and running when we were in a pinch. I highly recommend them.

My brows look amazing! I've always wanted to get microblading done since I over-plucked them when I was a teen. My brows don't look overdone, they look very natural, and Kate was very meticulous in her process. You can tell that she has been doing brows for a long time and she loves what she does just by the questions she asks. I went in for my first session about 8 weeks ago, and just went in for my second session, and I'm so happy with the results. Thank you Kate for the work that you do and the confidence I have again now that I have beautiful eyebrows!

Having tweaked my lower back last Thursday, I was fortunate to snag an appointment with Sandi a handful of days later. She was very welcoming, engaging, and showed a genuine desire to help solve the problem. She dug in to identify all problem areas - both physically and mentally - and worked diligently to solve the aches I was facing. The acupuncture and cupping combo was incredible and I'm already feeling much better. Would highly recommend.

I used Stephen's services today to clean up a huge carpet mess as a result of my very sick puppy. I have wool carpets and they were very badly messed by the dog (in multiple rooms - UGH horrible!). Stephen cleaned the whole mess up and did a great job - I cannot tell you how relieved I am! He really did a high quality job ... he took his time to make sure the spots were treated and cleaned. He was nice and super organized. I definitely recommend Stephen's services.

Dr Sloan and dental assistant Taylor made me feel utterly comfortable the entire time. Wish I lived in Sun Valley so I could come here as my regular Dentist. Highly recommend.
I wanted to give Dr. Branum a shot out. I’ve been having issues for over 6 months but no one could pinpoint the problem since imaging wasn’t showing anything. We all guessed my gallbladder since the symptoms correlates. Dr. Branum had agree to do the surgery last Thursday which I am grateful for. When I awoke I was in much pain which is common for me for some reason after surgeries. I feel bad for bugging Dr. Branum after since I was in immense pain and didn’t know what to do. He calmly got with me and made sure I was good and got me feeling better. Anxiety gets me every time. Again, thank you Dr. Branum for treating me well and assuring me. I’m recovering well and do not have the symptoms that I had for the past six months or so! Just sore haha.
Hayley and Cindy are amazing! The space is so bright and artsy and so much love. I got the best haircut that I could ask for. Hailey really understands what I want and she has excellent taste. I love my new haircut. Thank you, Hailey.
