This is the best jewelry store ever! They have the most unique and interesting pieces. I have several rings from them. I also took in an old piece of jewelry of my grandma‘s, Jessica and Charlie completely redesigned it and made it more modern. I am beyond happy with how it turned out!

Jessica and Charlie were a dream to work with while designing our engagement ring and wedding bands. Since I was a total novice, I had a lot of questions and almost no prior knowledge of how to build a ring. They were incredibly patient, leaning on their deep expertise as gemologists to guide me through the process. Despite their impressive qualifications and track record, they were never pretentious and remained helpful at every turn. I plan to work with them on all my future jewelry projects!

Charlie & Jessica have given me friendly and exceptional service on more than one occasion while visiting their beautiful jewelry store on Leadville Ave in Ketchum.
Charlie has fixed my watch twice and service has been remarkable.
Jensen and Stern is by far my first choice for any of my jewelry repair or shopping in the Wood River Valley.
