I wanted to give Dr. Branum a shot out. I’ve been having issues for over 6 months but no one could pinpoint the problem since imaging wasn’t showing anything. We all guessed my gallbladder since the symptoms correlates. Dr. Branum had agree to do the surgery last Thursday which I am grateful for. When I awoke I was in much pain which is common for me for some reason after surgeries. I feel bad for bugging Dr. Branum after since I was in immense pain and didn’t know what to do. He calmly got with me and made sure I was good and got me feeling better. Anxiety gets me every time. Again, thank you Dr. Branum for treating me well and assuring me. I will have to say that Dr. Gene is a far better surgeon and host, than he is a fisherman. My experience as a patient was extraordinary. Dr. Branum, his office staff, and surgery support team, were amazing. Complex operational data was communicated in timely fashion, technical information made simple to understand, and he presented with great bedside manner. We felt comfortable through the whole process, and I a going through a speedy recovery. The staff of wood river hospital was extra-specially awesome as well. My expectations have been exceeded.
