I can't say anything about anyone else at this salon, but Sara is the most unprofessional person I have dealt with. Began messaging her September 23rd about scheduling an appointment - my last message to her was October 17th... she couldn't be bothered to check her schedule or say she's not accepting new clients. She'd reply occasionally, then another week would go by without an answer. On a positive note, she drove me to another business with amazing service.
