I definitely give this business five stars. They notified me prior to arriving and provided a photo of the technician. This man looked at my heat/ac system, explained the problem and the options, arranged for the customer consultant to come to my house right away and stayed until he arrived just a few minutes later. Both men treated me as if I was their own grandmother, explaining without condescending because of my age, and being kind and respectful at all times.

Butch, Ty and Mike from Pristine Remodeling and Repair replaced our living room and hallway floors and repaired the drywall that was damaged when our washer drain flooded. They were polite, fast and the quality of their work is excellent! We will definitely consider them for any future repairs and we highly recommend them.

We, enFOLD Collective, used Hempitecture's HempWool product in our art installation, Black — Still, at the M\\u0026A x Craft Contemporary Courtyard to insulate and help sound dampen the space, while utilizing all-natural, non-toxic materials. It did exactly that. The installation is quite, drowning out the noises of the very busy street it abuts, and has created the exact, contemplative environment we intended to create. We worked alongside of Hempitecture's staff, who walked us though their product line and they worked within our tight project timeline, We can't speak highly enough or our experience with this company and strongly recommend their products!

Our water heater went out on Friday night and because of warranty, we couldn’t get anyone to come till this morning. I called Gem State Plumbing and within 20 minutes of my call they had someone here to look at it. After deciding it was going to need to be replaced, they were here and got it replaced in about an hour! The tech Chris was extremely friendly and had great customer service! I would highly recommend them for any of your needs! I am extremely satisfied with the service we received today! Thank you Gem State Plumbing!

I went into the Jerome location after applying for a position on indeed and was assisted by Laura and the new staff member she was training. I have to say I absolutely loved the fact that she added her own personal touch to her desk area! You spend more time at work than with your loved ones so it’s awesome she has pictures up. Bradee is a wonder woman dynamo! She worked for me for 2 days and got my Apartment super clean! We found out one of our amazing employees lost his son over the weekend. I called in to get advice on what kind of flowers to order. Today is Monday afternoon and the viewing is at 4:00 and the funeral is tomorrow. The lady I spoke with told me what colors to get and when I told her the viewing is today, she told me she needed to get busy to pull this together. I was hoping to get them ordered in time for the funeral tomorrow, but being the angel she is, she is going to get them there for the viewing happening in an hour. I'm so lucky to have called the right flower shop. I can't express how grateful we are to find somebody who knew how important these flowers are.
I don't even know where to start! My cat got bitten by a dog on a Sunday and was obviously seriously injured. I called my (now former) vet, and a bunch of other vets, but Dr. Green was the only one to call me back. He got my kitty right in and comfortable and was very straight forward about what was wrong and what should be done. I left sad and worried, but confident that my cat was in good hands. He was there for a month ands I never stressed about the quality of care. Dr. Green was very good about updating me with realism and honesty. My cat who is very much on his 11th life, did not make things easy for us. He was sweet to all involved, but he had multiple weird complications. Dr. Green rolled with all of them and got him well. He's recovering at home and in little to no pain and in good spirits. Dr. Green spent considerable time, skill and patience on my cat and his biggest motivation was saving his leg and making him well. I am sure he has succeeded to that end, but we have some more recovery to go. He also charged considerably less than he could have. I plan to take all of my animals to Sawtooth/Dr. Green in the future because I had nothing but good experiences and confidence in this office.
This is a great company. Everyone is so nice and kind. They responded in a very timely manner and the job was done quickly. They are very professional and figure out the best way to take care of the problem. They are priced very fairly and do not gouge you on the price. I would recommend B-Z Plumbing to everyone, they make the problem so much more manageable.
