Last year we purchased windows from Pella for our new home build. Spring arrived and it was time to install the screens on our beautiful windows. We found that our primary bedroom window screens (2 screens) that were delivered with our windows the year prior, didn't fit properly. We called Pella and Heidi was quick to help us arrange to replace these two screens. Nathan arrived the following day and within a few minutes, he was able to re-order the correct size screens. I received a call from Heidi again that same day to inform us that the screens have been ordered and that Pella will schedule an inspection of the screens before they are sent to us for install.

Chance was excellent in all aspects. We had him come in for a repair, which he did, and he also fixed a screen that wasn't sliding correctly! Thanks for being thorough and making sure all windows were working correctly.
Heidi, Jesse, and Nathan did an awesome job replacing our defective patio door. They kept us informed throughout the entire process and were prompt and efficient. They were a great team and definitely earned a five star review.
