Both guys who came out were super kind and professional and got our toilet running again. They examined the entire toilet and found some other minor issues as well! They went above and beyond!
I’m not sure I can completely capture in words how impressed and satisfied we are with what Tanner did for us! What an amazing young man! He was so conscientious of everything my 87 year old mother asked him about with the plumbing issues she had been having. He was very thorough and explained in detail everything he would and could do, to make sure she understood what the problems were. He was amazing!! We will definitely not hesitate for one minute to call Magic for any problems in the future!
I just wanted to mention how impressed I was with Luke. He can out to our home before we decide to do the repair and presented every option available to fix our furnace. We chose to repair rather than replace the furnace, and within 24 hours we were up and running again. Remarkable service and greatly appreciated. Thank you so much!
