“Please read entirely. It's a thesis. First let me preface this with the information that I had two back surgeries in 2022 and reconstructive knee surgery in 2024. I've been beat up, in braces, wheelchairs, limping and used a walker. My right leg and foot have been numb from the knee down for 3.5 years making me a trip and fall risk.... which I've done often. My body has been all out of balance. I went in to get the muscle assessment and an adjustment. I wasn't surprised to see the area where my body wasn't performing correctly and the other areas that were overcompensating. I've been in roughly 10 times in the last 6 weeks. First off- it's fast. They get you in, they do their thing and I'm out without spending my entire day. ALL the staff is friendly and attentive. Since I've been seeing Dr. Nelson I have had my pain reduced a good 75%. A LOT of feeling has returned to my leg and foot, telling me that the nerve wasn't as damaged as I was told and that I'd have to deal with it the rest of my life. He's not only improved my pain levels, balance and nerve damage, but my muscles are stronger. I lift weights 5 days a week and in the last month I've increased weight by 10-20lbs in each exercise.... because my muscles are happy and talking to each other. I feel like I'm well in my way to be able to function at peak performance. I HIGHLY recommend going in for just about any reason. Chronic headaches, muscle weakness, rib out, pinched nerve, joint pain, stiffness, you name it. Make an appointment! Oh, and Tracy has worked her magic with 2 massages and I feel amazing after seeing her. Also highly recommend her right there at the same office.“

“Dr. Arrington is a Chiropractor and Nurse Practitioner and Dr. Olsen is a Chiropractor. Super friendly and kind. Marsha at the front desk is the best. She is the most professional woman I have met in her line of work. Jane and the other ladies in the office who assist the Dr.s are friendly and genuinely care. I attended Wright PT for a while and was getting some results, but they were slow without Chiro care. I made an appt. with this office and I am confident it was the best decision. Skeletal alignment (Chiro) and muscular strengthening (PT) are a synergistic approach to wellness. You cannot have one without the other. The intense and chronic pain I felt after and during PT, went away completely. Had I done both at the same time, I would have been better, faster, with less debilitating pain.I still obtain regular skeletal alignments to improve the positionality of muscles and try to exercise regularly to improve my overall muscular and skeletal health.
