Dr. Arrington is a Chiropractor and Nurse Practitioner and Dr. Olsen is a Chiropractor. Super friendly and kind. Marsha at the front desk is the best. She is the most professional woman I have met in her line of work. Jane and the other ladies in the office who assist the Dr.s are friendly and genuinely care. I attended Wright PT for a while and was getting some results, but they were slow without Chiro care. I made an appt. with this office and I am confident it was the best decision. Skeletal alignment (Chiro) and muscular strengthening (PT) are a synergistic approach to wellness. You cannot have one without the other. I’ve been going to him for years now and every time I need help he’s there and gets me back going. My ribs like to go out and cause a bunch of pain. Going today. . I will be making regular visits. This is must go to place if you need adjustments.

Would recommend this place to anyone. 2 visits and I feel so much better after months of being in pain. Explains everything very well. They also are one of few places in twin falls that are able to bill Medicaid.
