My phone case that I bought online didn’t fit my iPhone 17 pro because my phone protector was too thick and Brian changed it to a thinner protector and it fits perfectly. He also changed the front of my phones protector that was cracked and damaged. I purchased the plan that only cost $10, for the replacement protection. He was fast and professional. I’m very pleased with the results.
I visit Idaho Falls to see my kids and I have visited Tricked Out on many occasions. 3 trips ago I needed a screen protector for my new phone. I got the good one and it came with a guarantee that if it cracked (which it does only because of my clumsiness) I could return and get a replacement for 10 dollars. I’ve dropped my phone to the point that I’ve damaged the screen a couple times. The shop is SO QUICK at replacing that screen and so pleasant to deal with!
I convinced my husband to wait til we came back to Idaho to get the same deal.
As always the service was quick and very efficient. I highly recommend going here for any and all cell phone accessories, they are great and the selection and prices are very reasonable.
