Got this for someone who had never recieved flowers before. The online photo looked wonderful. Went to pick it up right at closing and was sorely dissapointed to see it was a one half/sided bouquet. This was a siuation where this was the final night and moment I could give her these flowers and it just looks very bad for the occasion and they were closed by the time I got the flowers delivered. The website did not specify this is a one sided bouquet either. Its was just a sucker punch feeling in terms of dissapointment because of how much I wanted them to mean.
Minus the 1 star for lack of proper description online and the frustration it caused.
I ordered flowers and chocolates to be delivered and there was a hiccup with the chocolates being delivered. And even though it was a Saturday night after they were closed, they were able to rectify the situation that same evening. Such amazing customer service! And on valentines day no less! My only flower shop from now on!!

I called three weeks before my anniversary to place my order. I have e used them for the last couple of years I have lived here. I was pretty damn happy happy before this year. Always delivered first thing in the morning with a gorgeous arrangement. This year...... not so much. Instead of the morning, with a three week lead time at my house, it was like late afternoon. Granted, I had asked for early morning before for the last couple, but I don't remember asking for it this time.
