I used Star last year and had absolutely no problems with bugs. This year, they came out and sprayed (after having to reschedule because they didn't show up when they were supposed to, and then they came to spray for bugs, but; didn't spray for weeds and fertilize like I had told them on the phone) - the bugs disappeared for a day or two, and now they are back worse than ever. And IN the house. I have never had issues with bugs inside the house. I've tried calling them for a week straight, they never answer - very disappointed.
