The vet was very understandable. We brought our dog Finley in to have a fractured toenail taken care of. They were even nice enough to clip his nails since Finley had to be sedated. I would highly recommend this animal hospital for any small animal needs that may arise.

Thank you so much, Dr. Fletcher! We have had nothing but an amazing experience here. We visited once before with our other pup, who was seen by Dr. Peterson, and always was fantastic! We returned after our pup was suspected to have lymphoma, and our usual vet wasn’t comfortable getting a sample for confirmation. They got us in the very next day for her sample. Dr. Fletcher was so kind and knowledgeable and went above and beyond answering all of my questions in the exam room and out of. They also got my pup in for bloodwork and an additional sample on days they don’t normally schedule appointments. I appreciate her and the other staff’s time so incredibly much to get our pup into remission sooner!

I should have walked out when I got told it didn’t matter if the dog had eaten earlier for general anesthesia because they would give them a drug that they would puke anyway and that it was relatively the same for humans. Should have been my first red flag. Risks definitely didn’t outweigh benefits in this normal checkup. I forgot my Salvadorian market skills and let myself get talked into several things today that I regret and am feeling very badly about. Do your own research, ask about added cost, take the time to think if it’s truly necessary, get a second opinion. Ugh now my dog is in pain and I got added costs. Wish I could do today over again, I’m really sad/stressed for my dog right now. Bad day.

My dog was suffering from a ruptured tumor. Her regular vet was unable to get her in and she was in a lot of pain. I called and luckily they had a spot open to get her in. It was super lucky because after her exam, I went home and noticed her tumor getting worse. I sent an email just to see if maybe they had a cream that would help the pain. In the morning they contacted me and got her in for emergency surgery. They saved my dog and I am so grateful for them. You can tell that they truly care about the animals they help. I am so impressed and will be taking my dog from now on.

The team here handled our reactive dog with amazing care. We've seen a lot of different vets over his 9 years of life and have never felt understood or as safe as they were able to make us feel. There was constant communication between the team and myself I feel like I was never left not knowing what they wanted from me in handling our dog.
