Unfortunately, my dryer stopped working just one week after I moved into my rental. My landlord called Sarah’s Appliances, and George came out to diagnose the issue. I have to say, he really knew what he was doing! He fixed my dryer and had it running again the very same day. George came out to fix a ball ice maker in our freezer. He needed to order a new unit. When it came in, George came.back, installed it and made sure it functioned before leaving. He was fast, polite, even tried to help capture the escape dog. Thank you for your service!

I needed a Licensed repair service. that was going to work with my Warranty. When I called to make the appointment, the person on the phone knew exactly what I needed for my warranty. He was very friendly and he knew the questions to ask and made me feel confident that I was making the right decision and making this appointment. I was able to get an appointment quickly with a reasonable timeframe. The company sent an email to confirm the appointment. The gentleman that came to Service the washer and dryer called before coming to make sure that that time still works for me. He showed up in with minutes within the window of the scheduled appointment. He was very friendly and professional. He listened to my concerns about my appliance as well as my warranty. He was very thorough in the inspection and gave his honest opinion about the work that needed to be done. He made a quick fix on the dryer and didn’t charge me extra for it. And wrote up a repair list for the warranty company, he knew that my washer was Beyond reasonable repair and recommended that we do not waste our money on it. He walked me through a few tips on how to better care for My appliances And he kept the area clean and put it back together and the way he found it. This company and the employees Presented with respect, professionalism, friendliness, and integrity. It’s hard to find a good Appliance repair company that you can trust, I highly recommend their services and I will be using them again.
