Pony Express Car Wash has seen recent improvements in the quality of its car wash and customer service. The staff are attentive and friendly, taking good care of the clean and well-maintained facility. Customers appreciate the powerful vacuums, airguns, and automatic floor mat washers. Fabian has been recognized for his polite and efficient service, helping customers quickly and making their experience enjoyable. Another staff member, Philip, has also been commended for his assistance with account transfers. Mckayla has provided helpful support to customers facing various challenges, ensuring they feel valued. The wash itself is considered the best around, and many long-time customers treat it as a necessary part of caring for their vehicles. While the location's proximity to a busy intersection may be challenging during high traffic times, overall, Pony Express Car Wash is highly recommended for vehicle washing and cleaning services.
Kate was absolutely the best. Got gift washes for a couple on the nice list and renewed our annual quick as you could blink. Great experience! Thank you and Merry Christmas to Kate and all of you who work so hard helping us to keep it clean!
Want to leave a note here and specifically commend Makayla for how helpful, professional, kind and attentive she was last night when I purchased a wash pass. She explained everything and answered questions I had about my different options. Thank you so much for your help Makayla! Restoring my hope that customer service is still alive and breathing!
Stopped in to get a vehicle off my account and add a new one. Fabian was polite and efficient and had me on my way in minutes. Pleasure doing business with Pony Express plus they make our vehicles look great and the free usage of towels and vacuum is terrific
