I just had my first appointment with any ENT doctor and Dr. Hanks was fabulous! He explained things to be so clearly and made me feel heard and understood. I had such a wonderful experience there! He gave me adequate time and attention. I couldn't be happier!
I want to say thank you very much to Dr Hanks he is a very good Dr and person. He listened to my problem and just took care of the problem. Other Dr's IV been to with my problem they put me off and wouldn't listen to me they made me jump threw hoops never getting down to the root issue. Not Dr Hanks he just said we will fix the problem right away no hoops to jump threw just a problem solved. Thank you very much ??Dr Hanks for taking care of me and listening to me well done.???
Doctor Hanks did a fantastic job at fixing my nose. My nose was in pretty bad shape, and the last attempt to fix from a previous doctor ended up not being successful. Dr. Hanks took a hack job and turned it into a 10/10 fixed nose. Feels really good to breathe again.
I add my sentiment that the staff has a unique vibe and communication is sparse and quick, but they get they the job done nonetheless. Always room to improve.
If you have insurance, the price wasn't that bad at all for Dr Hank's service itself. The worse hit was the cost of facilities, which will always be high if you have the procedure done at a hospital.
