Great service. Very friendly technician. As a note when the unit was installed two years ago the installer pulled 12-2 NM from junction box that has 10-2 NM. The installer should have pulled 10-2 NM from the junction box to the AC unit because at times start surge will cause the 20amp breaker to trip. I will call if I continue to have breaker tripping so that 10-2 NM can replace the 12-2 NM.
Josh did a great job for me. The fan on my fireplace he couldn't find that kind.. he called and ran all over to find one to replace. He was back and installed it that evening!! Did a very good job. Thank you Josh!
I had an after hours HVAC emergency, and I called Modern Plumbing and Heating in Rigby. They immediately picked up my call. Within just a couple hours a technician was at my house ready to help. Dakota is an HVAC knowledge POWER HOUSE, and even though I had a complicated problem, Dakota was able to troubleshoot it and had our furnace back on in less than an hour. Also impressive was the VERY fair and modest after hours service fee, which they applied to the repair bill. Modern Plumbing and Heating has my trust and full confidence. FIVE STARS!!
