They subcontract it out to people who have no experience in Roofing they did such a bad job on my roof still leaking even though I had the whole thing torn off and redone by them they subcontracted out to a company that had no experience doing metal roofs on houses but that had them do my metal roof anyway they put all screws in about 45 angle off so they all leak nothing was done Square they walked on the metal when it was on the grass before installing and bent every piece Lobo did come by later tighten down some screws cuz most of them were even all the way down but refused redo the job even though it was an incorrectly done they do not stand behind their work every...read full review

As you see all the reviews are old from 3 years ago. Massive hail storm comes through and roof companies come to life cause there was a fortune to me made on insurance claims, sadly that’s how these guys still operate. Trying to get old roofs passed with home owners insurance, they make claims that they are 100% sure it will be covered by insurance but then after you do all the work of submitting the claim they don’t follow up and sweep you under the rug cause they realize they were wrong all along.

LOBO CONTRUCTION, AND THE OWNER, MARCO NAJERA, ARE DISHONEST! RUN AWAY, FAST!! In June, 2019 Marco Najera, the owner of Lobo Construction, LLC, knocked on my door and told me that he could get my insurance to pay for a new roof. My roof was a little worn, BUT WAS NOT LEAKING ANYWHERE. Marco assured me that I would only pay my deductible and I would receive a brand-new, high quality roof. Even before the job was complete I had some concerns about the shingles and flashing around my chimney, but Marco assured me not to worry. He said he would make sure the job was done properly, and if there were any issues, I HAD A 10 YEAR WARRANTY! They replaced the roof and the gutters and I thought I was all set for the future. In February, 2020 the roof developed a leak. (Marco claims from ice backing up under the shingles) After contacting Marco he sent someone out to repair and fix the leak. I still had to pay for fixing the drywall inside where the leak occurred. Problem solved... WRONG! In December, 2020 the roof started leaking IN THE EXACT SAME PLACE AGAIN. In 40 years I had never had a roof leak until Lobo replaced it! I called again and left word for Marco. Now Marco is incognito and won't return calls. I was then told by Jeremy Ball, the office manager in Idaho Falls, that they didn't have a crew in Idaho any longer and they were NOT LIABLE FOR THE REPAIR! They claim that they can't be held responsible for damage caused by natural occurrences like ice. ISN'T THAT WHY YOU HAVE A ROOF TO BEGIN WITH?!! SAVE YOUR TIME AND ESPECIALLY YOUR MONEY AND FIND SOMEONE THAT IS HONEST AND RELIABLE!
