IF signs saved me today! I am a print reseller in Arizona and my client in Idaho Falls had ordered two coroplast signs from me last week for a very important event that was happing today. When I went to check the delivery status, I realized the order I thought I'd placed last week was still in the shopping cart with my other supplier - I had failed to fully execute the order with my wholesaler, which meant my client would not be getting their signs today! Horrified, I started calling local sign shops there in Idaho Falls and connected with Luke at IF Signs. I had a logo that I loved but not being a vector format, I was doubtful that it would scale up with enough resolution to use.
Dave was incredibly patient and extremely responsive to my situation going way above and beyond for a relatively small job. I emailed him probably way too many times but he always was fast to reply and courteous where another local vendor wasn't interested. It's so rare nowadays for a business owner to treat you like this, not rip you off, and come up with all kind of extra charges that when you find one, I think you owe them loyalty.
