Tawnie did a great job on my sons hair. My son decided to take the liberty to cut his own hair and she got him all fixed up. She also squeezed me in last minute which I really appreciated. I definitely will be going back to her.

When I went the first time everything was great the stylist did an excellent job cutting my hair and was quite friendly. The last time I tried to go the website let me schedule an appointment outside of business hours unknowingly. Then when I got there I sat outside for a hour waiting for someone to show and had to find out that my appointment as well as the people waiting with me were all canceled with out a call or text message. We all had to look through the scheduling software online.

The atmosphere and the skill at this establishment are fantastic. The ladies are very friendly and attentive to what you want done. Sadly. The fact that I have had appointments that seem to have been blown off by them, not even a notice that the shop would not be open, is beyond frustrating. I have wasted my time coming to this place at a set time only to find that I am to be let down by the lack of open doors during business hours. Sad day. I enjoyed the experience here. Unreal. Made an appointment for my 3 year old son 2 days ago, for 4:30pm. Have been waiting outside, and the doors are locked and no one is here. Super fun. Especially with a 3 year old!

Scheduled my son's haircut in advance each time. They have canceled twice on me. The computer chose whoever has time available. They state they are sick and the other hair stylists don't feel comfortable being alone. I understand people get sick but you are a franchise and are turning down paying customers when there should be more then 1 person cutting hair a day. Not sure if it's bad management but if you are in this field and are not comfortable being by yourself at 4 in the afternoon then don't be in that field and tell your manager that you can't be alone. It's upsetting because I could have schedule somewhere else but I rely on these appointments because of my work schedule and I go to your company because you do appointments and have more then one person working. Won't be returning.

Let me just state that this review is not based on their ability to cut hair. This is based on your ability to actually get your hair cut here. I booked 4 appointments and each one was cancelled. 4. The reasons range from "employees are sick" to "our workers have anxiety working alone". Go somewhere else that actually wants your business.
