“We just had these guys do our bathroom remodel and tile and it looks better than we could have imagined! All the workers we encountered were always on time, friendly, and took good care of our home. They laid down plastic to protect our carpets from all the in and out with demo and tile being cut and I feel like that was a nice touch that some companies wouldn’t take the time to do. Before we started our Project Matt P. came over to make sure we were all on the same and talk us through everything. Communication was great with these guys as well. We will definitely be recommending these guys for anyone in need of any and all things tile.“

“Let me tell you something if you need floors any kind of tile. This place is better than being in Europe. The tiles that I got to choose from I could not even dream of getting anywhere else in the United States. Heather and Delfa are beyond knowledgeable. “I considered wether to put 4 or 5 stars. My experience was mostly great with Romanoff Renovations. The communication was top notch from the office staff and installers. I received many reminder texts and phone calls to be sure we prepared our home correctly, and everything was ready to go in time for our installation appointment. The installers showed up on time, put in a lot of hard work, and worked very quickly. They were respectful and kind. They were careful of our home, though they did cause 1 area of damage, but I know all humans are not machines, and mistakes are expected on a jobs as big as carpet installation. I was pleasantly surprised they only damaged one spot. They also vacuumed the floor when they were done, and kindly replaced one item of furniture to it’s rightful place.My main complaint is more to do with the warranty requirements with Home Depot. We had one area where we did not want the carpet trimmed against an unfinished edge in our kitchen. The edge was previously hidden by carpet fibers. The installers said if they didn’t trim the carpet it would void the warranty. I thought it was odd that a warranty requirement would come before a homeowner preference, especially something that silly.Overall I would definitely say I had a positive experience.
