A gent named Delta came by for a preliminary assessment for a repair. Delta offered a few additional tips to keep my heater healthy and running trouble free into the future. Delta did the repair today in quick time. I feel good about having Jewel take care of these issues.

We had an emergency where one of our tenants lost power to their unit. They were prompt to come out and resolve the issue. Lee was delightful to speak and work with. He was knowledgeable, explained in detail the issue and the resolution to resolve the issue. Will definitely be using their services again in the future.

We had a Generac home generator installed. It was very expensive but took 4 days to install. The men were very considerate and wore covers over their work boots when they were in my home. It was a bigger project than I imagined with holes in the walls of the house and wiring and power boxes and gas meters. First Call Jewel is very professional and capable. I would trust them to work at my home.
