Monty is great! He's a life saver. My computer kept crashing. I took it to another place in town, and they don't bench test the components. They would guess what was wrong, order a replacement, and then if that didn't work, they would take another guess and order another part. Each guess took a full week. I don't have that kind of time. Best buy wanted $150 for a diagnosis. Diagnosis plus parts would have cost the same as a new computer. Monty was less expensive, faster, and he followed up to see how things were going after the repairs. I will never use anyone else!
