Dr Luke Haws is an excellent physician who takes the time to listen to and care about his patients. My wife and I are very pleased with his handling of several health issues we’ve experienced. Britney, his nurse, does a great job returning calls and performing follow-up with Dr Haws, on prescription needs, and referrals.

Dr. Cook is wonderful (5 stars) and I have been going to him for years. He is an excellent communicator who clearly explains lab results and health conditions, always makes sure to ask about and address any concerns I have, and listens well. I have also seen PA Bargelski once, and quite like her as well (another 5 stars).
Unfortunately, the front office staff are not so great - they seldom answer the phone and do not call back in a timely manner (often multiple business days later) after I leave the requested voicemail with all my information. Making or modifying appointments, paying bills, and updating records are all exercises in frustration tolerance.
Additionally, in the past, front desk staff members have verbally agreed to update records, including at various points in time changes in address, name, and insurance, and then not done so, resulting in substantial additional hassle receiving and paying bills. All records were successfully updated eventually, but it should not have taken multiple requests.

I am very appreciative of Dr Haws and the team he works with. He has worked with me on several health issues and has turned around so serious issues by working on my pre diabetes issues by getting me to dietitians specific to this condition and encouraging my progress the whole time.

Dr. Cook is very smart and personable. He is easy to talk to and treats you like an equal. I have anxiety and he always makes me feel less afraid.
