Mike was super friendly and was able to squeeze me in same day! Very prompt, professional and did such a great job on our carpets and Rug floors. I actually forgot what our rug used to look like, until Mike came along. He paid close attention to details and identified certain spots in the rug that were heavily stained and used methods to safely remove them without damaging the material.It looks bright and vibrant again. I will be using this company again for anything else. Best in Idaho Falls hands down.
