I cracked a tooth while on vacation and traveling through Idaho Falls. Eagle Rock was able to see me within 24 hours. Dr Beck placed a temporary crown that day. Three days later when I traveled back through Idaho Falls they placed my permanent crown. This office has an amazing team! Everyone was incredibly friendly. I can't thank Dr Beck and his office enough for helping me out. I received great care and the cost was reasonable.

I have been a patient at Eagle Rock since 2010. I have never missed an appointment, and have always paid my bill on time. My only complaint is that I needed a crown done in March after chipping my tooth. I felt Kara embarrassed me in front of people on the cost and how was I going to pay for it. She insisted I pay $550 upfront. Now that the insurance has paid, I have a credit. Now, you owe me $.

On Friday, I had to get a procedure done that I was dreading getting done (extractions). The day finally came and Dr. Tanner and Kristie made the experience a breeze. Kristie made me feel at home, explained everything that I was going to expect and made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Tanner was so gentle and explained every step of the way so there was never no surprises. I never felt pain and so far my recovery has been a breeze. Thank you Kristie and Dr. Tanner for an incredible job! I am a Patient for life❤️
