They have an agent by the name of Trey Baker who is posting very derogatory and disturbing comments about democrats online. If you happen to be on the left don’t use this agency. He is a direct reflection of the culture there. It’s a shame he isn’t professional enough to control his hatred of the left and that he is dumb enough to post such garbage!

I worked with Dan on the lending side of things on two recent transactions. Dan represented the buyers on both transactions. Dan impressed me with his ability to get things done. He cares about his clients and fights for them like he would if you were family. His communication is great and he works all hours of the day and night for his clients. His knowledge in the local area is 2nd to none and I would trust him with future referrals from me personally. Communication with Dan is very horrible is what I here and now getting from him ?. I did some work on one of his houses and still not paid after a few months. There are much better realtors in the idaho falls area and do not go thru this guy.

Dan was amazing to work with. He was professional at every step and went the extra mile to move things quickly, cover all of the details and communicate often and clearly so that we didn't have to worry about anything in the process. We were surprised how hard Dan worked to get the house listed and the tremendous effort he made in marketing and selling the house. He did a superb job a helping us get top dollar for the sale. I would recommend Dan to any of my friends and would choose Dan in a heartbeat if I had another property to sell.

Dan was an absolute joy to deal with! The process we had to go through with the selling of our house , and the purchase of another was extremely difficult and drawn out and Dan was there to explain it...work on it...make it happen. He always answered my calls and even worked late into the evening to make a house call so that we had peace of mind. If they had a 6 star rating he would have earned it!
