“Roof Rescue replaced my roof a little over two years ago. A few months ago the boot around one of the pipes sticking out of the roof failed and water leaked into the house and damaged the ceiling in a hallway. I called Roof Rescue and let them know. They asked me to send them pictures of the roof and the damage inside the house. Which I did. It took them a three days to respond and send one of their crew to repair the boot. Then it took about a month and a half for the repairman (********************* of Henderson ************************************************ to come in for fixing the ceiling. But Roof Rescue kept me well informed about when that would happen and explained that their ceiling repair sub-contractor was overbooked. Well, eventually, all was done and the ceiling looks absolutely great. One cannot tell the difference between the previously damaged zone and the rest of the ceiling. While at it, *********************, the sub-contractor also fixed a few popped out nails near the damage (and helped me replace a light I could not reach). I am really satisfied with the level and quality of service I received from Roof Rescue and from Henderson ************************************************“

“We had a window AC unit in a small bedroom that we use as an office, that apparently had been leaking water into the wall for some time. Weren’t aware didn’t notice it until my wife could smell a musty smell, and then we noticed the paint was bubbling up on the Sheetrock.

I took 5 quotes from local restoration companies, Rainbow was the third company to come out and give us a quote, of the 5 theirs was the lowest. My wife looked over the quotes and of course she liked the lowest priced one, but she also just had a good feeling about them. I learned a long time ago to listen to her gut feelings. I don’t usually go with the lowest price (you get what you pay for). I was however quite impressed with Triston, he was very laid back, and very accommodating, so I gave him the job. I found their people knowledgeable, and professional. My only complaint is the job seemed to drag on. However the completed work was worth it.

My wife and had been talking about remodeling the bathroom in out basement and had been putting away some money for that project. So we decided to ask for a quote from Triston. He brought Rainbows remodeling manager Adrian, by to look over the project and work up a quote. He looked over the job and told us that he would get the quote for budget purposes, but that some of the required work couldn’t be quoted until things were opens up. Which I could fully understand. The budget quote was well within our budget, and we decided to go ahead. Again the people they used were amazing. Triston, Adrian and the guy’s were again willing to go above and beyond in providing us with the best experience. The final cost to do the job including the unknowns was still within the budget. They took care of us.“

“I have been dealing with a mouse problem in my garage despite quarterly pest control services and bait stations. My kiddo and I let things pile up a bit too much but with the mice issue, I was too freaked out to clean the garage myself, so it all got a little out of hand. I also did not want to put anyone else at risk who is not knowledgeable in how to properly handle or sanitize things, so I contacted Bio-One. Ty came to clean up even being solo, he kicked butt and finished up within something like 2-3 hours. He was kind and helpful and did an awesome job!
