I cannot believe the unprofessionalism of this company and their lies. Impossible to get ahold of and extremely scamie. Seriously do not use them. They will refuse to deliver expensive items and say it is your fault. If I could give 0 stars I would.

We are extremely upset with this company. We have already been waiting for a spa that we were supposed to have 2 weeks ago and after finally getting that issue worked out DATS is now making us wait a week longer still. The terminal closest to us has no way to contact them, we have to contact the SLC office and they will "send a message" to Idaho Falls. However, they had our spa and should have delivered it on a Thursday and didn't, so should have been Friday and nope, still nothing. There was a shipping mistake with the cover so the company refused to deliver the spa one day and the cover another because it would cost them 30-40 dollars...The man I spoke with came up...read full review
