Do not use this company. Do not use this company. A bait and switch the lowest price. Then, they have you locked in with a deposit. And then keep putting you off and putting me off and putting me off and then charging me more and more and more even when they had my car on a truck, they were still trying to charge me more for their brother to go pick it up.When in reality, the guy never showed up the truck driver who brought the car told me he never met anybody else.He picked it up from dealer and brought it straight here. Booked a pick up/drop off from Idaho to Florida. Have been told multiple times that they are a few hours away and it has now been a week. Have called every day and have been lied to about when they will show up. Clearly don’t communicate with their trucks or just completely okay with lying to their customers. Don’t recommend!!
I am a client of American Auto Transport for a time being. I never had any matter in question about them. They ensured me a door to door service every time. Completed another successful journey with them very recently. This time the driver called me to check my vehicle before delivery so that no misunderstanding could happen. I wish them a great success.
