Coltrin Mortuary and Cremation in Idaho Falls exceeded my expectations. They were recommended by a family member, and I’m very glad I took that advice. My brothers and I had buried my mom almost 3 years ago through another funeral home in the same town, and the difference in experience was clear.

Kelby was incredibly helpful, transparent, and compassionate. There were no hidden fees or unexpected costs, and everything was explained clearly. Unlike other places that wouldn’t provide quotes over the phone, Coltrin was upfront and willing to walk me through estimates before we ever met in person.
