Chalmers and his team did a great job - always on top of things from start to finish. They patiently answered questions and took care of occasional freak-outs (mine). Chalmers was spot on with his suggested price so that I had a good full price offer in a reasonable amount of time for the current market conditions (a few weeks). Chalmers sold us the house 18+ years ago and now has helped sell it - doing great work both times.
