Brandy did a FANTASTIC job. I was comfortable throughout the whole process. My eye brows look phenomenal and she even corrected past mistakes that were done by another artist. She made sure that I was ok with my brows every step of the way handing me a mirror several times during the appointment to make sure I was on board with everything, she always communicated when she was behind schedule or ahead so that I wouldn’t have to wait. I got my eyebrows done for the first time with Brandy and it went great. After that touchups were scheduled. One I had to wait an hour after our set time, another I took time off from work and showed up and she asked if I could come back another day. I reached out about a month ago for a touch up and she replied asking what day I was looking for, then I've since asked her twice about scheduling with no reply. Not very professional in my opinion.

She was super sweet. Super professional. Great at what she did. My eyebrows look natural and filled in. I have a scar through my left brow and you can't even see it. She is awesome! All the bad reviews must have been for someone else because I read them and took a chance and I'm so glad I did!Service: Microblading
