My sister passed in January. It was unexpected and heart wrenching. It's been a few months and I just want to thank my funeral director, Lehanna. I believe that was her name. I know it's her job, but she was beyond patient, empathetic, understanding and responsive. For going through the hardest time in my life, she made it easier. Everything down to the small details. My sister was beautiful and she made sure my family was content with all of it. Thank you Lehanna, and Yates for being there for my family and I through an unimaginable time. We appreciate you beyond measure. ❤️

My husband passed away too young very recently. The whole Yates team were amazing beyond belief, especially the two-kind people that came to our home to pick up my husband. I had just moved here recently from California and Hospice helped recommend Yates to me. They made everything from the planning to the actual viewing flawless and effortless for us. It allowed my family to grieve and spend the time we needed together while they arranged everything between the funeral home, church, cemetery. I and my family are forever grateful to them.

Doneda Allen did an amazing job taking care of everything for our dad's funeral services. Her professionalism and caring nature was appreciated by the whole family. She kept constant contact and went above and beyond to make sure all nine of us kids were satisfied with the care given throughout. Thank you so much Doneda!!
