Our mom died in February and she wanted Yates to handle everything. Unfortunately we were not notified before she was taken to the default funeral home in this area, where everything that could possibly be mishandled was. We contacted Eli and he and his staff went above and beyond taking over the process. They made everything easy and seamless and were extremely patient with our many, MANY questions. It is obvious how much they care about providing the best possible service to people who are going through a very difficult time. STRONGLY recommend.
