I want to say that I have had a great experience with both Jenae and Jim! Both polite, kind, and eager to assist me. My insurance spelled my last name wrong and both of these lovely people helped me for over an hour to get my insurance figured out! I appreciate all that they do and they deserve to be recognized everyday!?

Staff was absolutely terrific! Came on a moments notice and was in and out in no time! Best customer service I have recieved anywhere at several vision or eyeglass centers across the Spokane and Coeur d'Alene areas. I say this as someone whose worn and replaced glasses for over 20 years of my life now! 5 out of 5 stars!!!

Everyone was kind and professional, even double-checking data from previous visits to be sure measurements were correct. (I'm reordering a frame I've bought here before bc I love them so much!) The total ended up being less than we'd estimated and my glasses should be here in only 10 days. Walmart Vision and Glasses for the win!
