No matter your age you will be receiving training from some of the best around.
Trevor Prangley’s AKA is run by people who are passionate, dedicated, and truly care about their community. The owners do an incredible job creating a welcoming, professional environment built on hard work and integrity. It’s clear they put their heart into everything they do, and it shows in the positive reputation they’ve built. Highly recommend!
I found this gym during my 2 years stay in Idaho. This is by far one of the most elite gyms you will find in Idaho. I found myself progressing extremely quickly due to great teaches and ample rolling time. All the coaches are extremely personable, humble, Christian men that lead by example. If you are in the north Idaho area you can’t go wrong with this gym.
