The plumber, Evan did a great job installing our new water filtering system. We were happy with the options and different set-ups he presents us and are happy with the finished product. He even came back to move over one of the water filters a little that was too close to the appliances. I did have some issues with communication on receiving quotes and knowing what the plumber was going to do. I was trying to get our radiant floor water tank serviced by them (which Evan said he could do -then it turns out they can't service those). I had an excellent experience with this Company. I needed my tankless water heater replaced. Steve came out later the same day, assessed the situation, recommended an alternative brand, and the unit was installed within a few days. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. It has now been a few weeks since the installation and the new unit functions perfectly. They will be my go to company in the future.

Straight shooter completely replumbed my 1916 farmhouse studs out remodel. The guys were delightful and Steve went out of his way to make sure I was completely satisfied every step of the way. With this large of a remodel there are adjustments that need to be made and Straight shooter was the perfect partner to give advise as to how to get it done. I would highly recommend them.
