I was connected with Rigo, Ethan and Wyatt from Servpro when our shower was causing water damage through parts of our home. Our team came in like knights in shining armer. Identify the impact of the moisture, removing the mold and drying everything out. They were professional and kind. They even were willing to work with me when my daughter was napping and made sure to call instead of ringing the doorbell as to not wake her. If I ever find myself in this place again they will be my first call.

Several weeks ago I discovered my water heater which is in a closet had leaked a lot of water for a long time. It was really a mess with water damage and black mold on the sheetrock. To make it worse, water and moisture had also affected the wall behind this closet that was behind the cupboards and vanity in my large bathroom. There was mold on the sheetrock and water damage to some of the wood. It was quite stressful for me to deal with. I was very fortunate that someone recommended Serve-Pro of Coeur d 'Alene to me. Several workers came out the next day on Saturday and assessed the damage. They were very professional, polite and friendly. They did a great job with communicating and explaining things to me. They were prompt when coming.
Seth, the head supervisor came out and was present when my insurance claims adjuster came out and was very helpful with explaining things and what damage was done to the adjuster and to myself of course. They worked well with other people like the furnace professional who came out. They coordinated things great with the HVAC worker and the plumber and always called in the morning to let me know when they would come over. They were very careful when they removed heavy items like the bathroom vanity, cupboards, etc.
This project has taken time because things had to dry out thoroughly and damaged sheetrock had to be taken out quickly. I am having Serve-Pro handle the second phase of replacing things and putting things back in place and things have gone smoothly and the coordination has been great! Honestly all of the team of workers have been great and I totally would use this company again! They used at least one of the same guys to come out with another worker or another one who had been here and that was very helpful so that there was continuity. All of the guys were so helpful and polite and kept .e informed. I would like to thank each one of them who make up the team including Seth, Andrew, Wyatt, Ethan, Jonathon, Kayleb and Sean! Hopefully I did not forget anyone!

Thomas (rebuild) did excellent work to get us through our reconstruction. I got a daily update on most days through the effort, he listened to my line items, concerns negotiated with insurance on my behalf, and wasn’t pushy when I voiced follow-up items at the final walkthrough. Thomas (pack-out/in), Cindy, Brandon, Sam, and Jeremicah were gentle with my belongings. A lot of stuff was moved off-site, but everything returned without issue.

Servpro employees were very thorough and kind as they helped us clean up our house after a tree fell on it and filled it with debris. They also tarped the roof to prevent further damage. We were very satisfied with their services.
