When our A/C stopped working, we were lucky enough to get someone out the same day to take a look. They arrived when expected, were very friendly, and quickly troubleshot the problem.
They were able to get the A/C running and pointed out a couple of maintenance items we could followup on to prevent it from happening again.
Since they didn't have to do any repairs, we only had to pay the diagnostic visit fee, but the quote to do the recommended maintenance wasn't outrageous, but I opted to do that work myself.
Overall, a very pleasant and stress free experience.
