Had a home inspection done on a house we put an offer on. His pricing was reasonable for the market. He was thorough and had very specific notes, icons and photos for each area of the home and outside so it was clear for the average person to understand, complete with recommendations for repairs or maintenance.

When we received the report (in under 24 hours) we were blown away at how easy it was to understand.
