Thank you to Bill's heating and cooling business! I give Bill 10 stars out of 5. Bill installed a new electric heater for us, AND he installed a new heat pump for no additional charge as a gift! WOW! We didn't have any heat in our home for years and had to use space heaters and everything. Now our home is nice and warm! Thank you so much Bill! I appreciate you all so much! I highly recommend Bill's. The installation dudes came yesterday and were really nice and professional too. They did a great job. Thank you Bill!
I had a Mitsubishi 15,000 btu Hyper heat unit installed Oct 24th. My installers were Devon and Kyle and electrician was Justin. They did a great job installing so no conduit was visible and did a good job explaining the units operation and maintenance that should be performed. The team made sure they cleaned up all areas that they worked in. I'm very pleased with the job they did!
Our air conditioner broke down over the 4th of July Holiday. We called Bill's Heating and Air on a Saturday and the actually answered the phone. A repair visit was scheduled for Sunday morning. They showed up as promised. We had a follow up unit replacement scheduled for Tuesday. We requested that we be contacted if there were any cancellations. There was a cancellation on Monday and the replacement took place on Monday. Bill's was timely and receptive to our needs. John, Brett & Justin handled the repairs and did a great job. Highest recommendation for Bill's and their staff from top to bottom. Very impressive organization. A+
