We have had nothing but positive experiences with Ted Dumont over the past two years. We manage 20 properties and are always needing work to be done and they are quick to respond, professional, and easy to work with. We cannot recommend them enough!
Had this company come out today to fix the heating since it was not working and making lots of noise. Wow i was impressed, they came out super fast and got right on it. Ben was the person fixing it and he was super courteous and quiet since i was working in my room. He fixed it so fast and had my room blasting heat in no time! Thanks Ben!
Heater was out of commission, called Ted Dumont hvac, lady was very nice on the phone. Ben showed up, checked out my hvac, found the problem, had it up and running in 30 minutes flat! Now I have heat again and it's so much better than the 54° it was this morning. I will recommend Ben any time, down to earth guy and knows what he's looking for! Two thumbs up my friend.
