We had an excellent experience with Canyon Electric from start to finish. They came out promptly to provide an estimate for updating our new hot tub setup, replacing a17-year-old hot tub that operates with slightly different electoral needs. Because they came so highly recommended by the Snake River Hot Tub dealership, and the cost was at our own research had estimated we felt confident moving forward without getting a second quote.

Had Canyon wire us up for our new sauna recently and Canyon Electric did a fantastic job! I would recommend them and use them again. The place we got the sauna from dropped the ball repeatedly and had a staggering level of incompetence so it was refreshing to work with Canyon through it all. Very professional, communication was great and we have no complaints with Canyon Electric! Thanks again for your professionalism!

Three years ago they installed two Bromic outdoor heaters in our covered patio. Three years later, we discovered that one of them was installed in properly. I called thinking there was no chance I would even get a response. Within 24 hours of me, leaving a message, I got a call back.I offered to buy the replacement parts and asked that they make it right on the labor side. They showed up three days later and spent about 90 minutes fixing it. it now works perfectly. Of course I wish it had been installed correctly the first time. But I think it’s pretty rare to find businesses who will make things right three years after the original installation. I would absolutely... read full review
