I've sold 2 Stetson homes this year, one was a full custom build job and the other was a spec home. As a Realtor, I work with a lot of builders, not all are created equal, and I really enjoyed their team. They build a beautiful home and my building inspector was impressed both times he inspected. Minimal issues (which is normal, there will always be something) and they repaired them properly before closing. Highly recommend Rustin and his team if you're looking for a new construction home!

Stetson Homes built our home. We love it! They did à fabulous job! They let us customize our floor plan and pick our finishes. So great to work with, they communicated throughout build. And responded quickly to the few warranty issue we've had. Thank you Rustin and Spencer!

We purchased a home built by Stetson Homes and closed a few months ago. We were impressed with the workmanship and the communication they provided. All builders are currently very busy and Stan, Spencer and Rustin always got back to us promptly with answers to our questions. Stetson has followed up on our 'punchlist' quickly and efficiently. We would recommend and use Stetson Homes in the future.
