I have been to Perspire Sauna a few times & have left each time feeling relaxed and healthier!! The red light therapy is amazing but they offer other light therapies as well so there's something for everyone! This facility is one of the best if not the best in the Treasure Valley

Kiana was very helpful and friendly. Session was wonderful relaxing and detoxing relieved my pain and I even slept better. Plus my skin feels super smooth all this after 2 sessions! Do it for yourself!
