I've been going to the StretchLab for over 2 years now. Both Mason C and Dave are my trusted body mechanics. I snowboard and hike a ton, but I get knee pain often. When I finally realized it was all due to tightness I started stretching even more than I had. Even so I needed to call in some experts. The staff here is helpful, friendly & professional. The facilities are clean and always provide a great atmosphere. Individually, my time spent with Dave couldn't have been better. He asked good questions and always provided logical and detailed answers. I'm sure his background and experience are a terrific asset to StretchLab. At 69 years of age, my time there has been well worth it. It's helped with my flexibility a lot, which as we grow older is more and more difficult to maintain. Thanks to all !! Mike O.
My time at Stretch Lab allowed the coaches to gently move my body around in a targeted way so as to restore flexibility lost by years of habitual movement and in some ways, lack of movement. My body has less pain and I'm more motivated to stretch and do yoga on my own to maintain and build upon the flexibility gained at Stretch Lab. This is good therapy after having several orthopaedic procedures including two knee replacements. After PT is over & you regain strength, there is need to restore flexibility after long periods of inactivity and recovery. Stretch Lab worked good for me.
