Stretchlab has changed my life for the better. More mobility, and better strength. More than that the people at StretchLab are compassionate, knowledgeable, and so caring. The atmosphere is light and welcoming. I see Cole the majority of the time. You can’t help but feel seen and cared for on his table. Dean and Sandy are also super amazing. You will not regret giving the StretchLab a try!
I am so grateful that CDA has a Stretch Lab! I think my body suffers from chronic tension; I constantly catch myself holding tension even when I am at rest (in my jaw and shoulders especially). I joined Stretch Lab less than a year ago, and the deep-level improvement in my entire body is unmatched. Before I joined, I was trying to help myself in a variety of ways (including stretching at home), but I felt like I was chasing something that was just out of my reach. I suffered from what I thought were migraines, but I now know they were tension headaches because my shoulder / lavator scapulae muscles were always locked down due to stress and my computer / desk work as a teacher. The fabulous humans at CDA Stretch Lab have had an incredibly positive impact on my physical and mental well-being! They can generate deeper and longer stretches than I can accomplish on my own, they have taught me so many stretches I can do at home to maintain my progress, and they are all so positive, encouraging, and fun to talk to. My weekly visits are bright spots on my calendar. If I could only choose one self-care activity in order to be kind to my body, Stretch Lab would be the winner every single time.
