First of all, I am a frequent customer, and usually have positive experiences here. Hannah and Bill are both great at what they do, and I’m always happy with the services that I get here. Hannah did a beautiful pedicure on me today. She always pays attention to details and is very kind.However, today, I witnessed one of the younger women really treating a customer quite poorly. First of all, I didn’t know this, but they charge $5 extra to remove your old gel polish. The lady next to me arrived a couple minutes after I did. My wife and I stopped in for pedicures and I had a good experience. The guy who was doing her pedicure was very pushy on the upsell and would not take no for an answer. The pedicure was pretty good, but once we've been asked about a service and declined, that should be the end of the upsell. The guy must have tried about 7 or 8 times to get my wife to get a manicure as well. Not too cool.

I am very happy with the service I received. I went in for a fill. The young man that did my nails was so very sweet and did an excellent job. However, when I went to pay, shockingly it was $72! For a fill! I love my nails, but I can't afford to be paying nearly $100 (after tip) for a fill, no way. He did put collagen gloves on my hands and lotion on my arms, I suppose this is what cost more but he didn't ask me, he just did it. Just need to be specific with them what you want, without the add ons. Might be wise to get a price beforehand, since the prices on the board don't seem to be accurate.
