Christine was so incredibly wonderful to work with!! I haven't had my hair done in like 16 years and she did a ton of lowlights and a few highlights and cut it and it was so affordable!! She's an absolute hoot- so kind and warm and friendly. It felt like visiting with a dear friend. And I'm in love with what she did! Sending my mom to her and a friend or two.Services: Balayage

This was my second visit to this warm ambience and professional salon. I highly recommend City Locks Hair Design. My stylist, Kahle, is outstanding! She is very knowledgeable with the best hair products and styles. I trust her with any suggestions... but she's a great listener to any thoughts or concerns I may have. She's the best!
